BODY BALANCING MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage Therapy has been used for centuries as a healing modality. It can assist clients in the following ways:

Body Balancing Massage utilises traditional massage techniques as well as reiki, aromatherapy, and other energy healing practices. it assists in clearing blocked energy, re energising and revitalising as you let go of the stress that is so often held in your body. COUNSELLING
Counsellors are specifically trained to counsel, that is, the primary focus of their training is the application of therapeutic processes to a particular situation.
Counsellors are purposely trained in using interpersonal communication and interviewing skills to facilitate change in clients, utilising a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Counselling is a process that psychologically empowers individuals to seize back control of their lives, whilst working through issues and problems that have caused them to lose self-esteem, as well as confidence in their own abilities.
Counselling increases self-awareness and a sense of well-being, and is often the first step individuals take on their path to discovering a more positive life.
We all encounter difficult or challenging situations and experiences in our lives. At certain times, in order to get relief from our distress, we may need more skill and understanding than our usual support networks can provide. At other times we may simply want an opportunity to review how to live a more balanced and meaningful life.
ENERGETIC HEALING
The human being consists of a complex array of energy systems that influence the physical, emotional, psychological and/or spiritual levels of a person’s being. Energetic Healing is a holistic approach which provides a natural way of restoring balance and harmony to these systems. The practitioner facilitates a healing response in a client through a variety of gentle, non-invasive Techniques and Modalities. There are different healing modalities used in Energetic Healing and all work in a therapeutic way to ease pain and facilitate wellness in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. It works on all levels of the body. After spending some time learning about you and discussing your presenting issue, your practitioner will suggest ways to work with you and explain how these ways may be helpful. Treatments are subtle and relaxing and facilitate a sense of ease and safety.
During your session you remain fully clothed whilst your practitioner directs healing energy through their hands which are either placed lightly on the body or held slightly above it. An energetic healing session is powerful yet gentle and the experience is unique to each person. Most people report feeling more relaxed, lighter and with an increased sense of happiness after a session. After a few sessions, clients notice how their initial symptoms seem to lessen or are eliminated. It can be used to support other forms of medical treatment.
LIFE COACHING
Coaches are specially trained to help you achieve success in work and in life by tapping into your longings and desires and helping to translate them into achievable goals. It’s a process that helps you to achieve increased self-awareness, a more balanced life, develop constructive habits and lessen work and life stress
Coaching is a specific therapeutic process based on sound humanistic and transpersonal psychological principles. Coaches are purposefully trained to show you how to turn problems into challenges and enable you to overcome them by drawing on resources deep within yourself that you might never know you had.
People access coaching for lots of different reasons but the underlying factor is that they want something to change or they need to glide through life transitions with more ease and grace. A personal coach is an investment in your future that helps you to change direction and chart a new course for yourself.
There are a variety of different models. The model we use is holistic. It takes into account the whole picture, the whole you. Imagine a process where the whole focus is on you, on what you want in your life and what will best help you to achieve it. It provides an extraordinary level of personal support and encouragement.
MEDITATION COACHING
REIKI
The word “reiki” in Japanese translates roughly as “universal life force energy.” Reiki is a specific form of energetic healing that is becoming increasingly well known for the array of outcomes it can facilitate. Reiki is performed by a practitioner channelling and directing Universal energy through their hands which may be placed lightly on the body or held slightly above it, in different positions. It supports the body’s inherent wisdom, vitality and healing capability.
One of the aims of Reiki is to break down old and habitual patterns of being and perceiving to clear obscurations. Reiki energy flows to the area most in need of treatment, healing the imbalance. Clients may experience a range of sensations during a treatment along with a deep sense of relaxation. Reiki is great for managing stress and experiencing tranquillity.
SHAMANIC HEALING
By its very nature, shamanic work is transformative. It can make considerable demands upon you as you learn to relate your experience to the theory. An individual processing session helps you to evolve your learning and support the integration of your learning into your daily life. It will help you to make sense of what is taking place in your inner world and how that might relate to changes in your external world.
