Earth Kids

Earth Kids is an inspirational one day workshop of fun, excitement and joy for kids aged 6-11years. It is a day where they get to dive into their own inner world of wonder and creativity, where their own potential gives rise to itself and shines. Earth Kids is extremely grounding for children, which is so vital in our fast-paced, modern world. It helps kids focus, improves self-esteem and real connection with themselves, others, and their world. Much of the day is spent in nature, where they experientially learn to tap into their deeper knowing, their inner strengths, innate joy and reverence for life. This fun and magical day consists of visualisations, self-expression, active meditations, play acting, nature activities, dance, shamanic journey and much, much more!!! (Please bring own lunch.)

Conscious Parenting

How are we really affecting our kids' behaviour? Do you sometimes hear your parent's voice as you discipline your children? Do you feel like you're talking to a brick wall? Rather than just talk about unhealthy patterns, we will experience them through inner work from both your persective and your child's. You will uncover some of the limiting beliefs and programming that you took on board as a child, which may be controlling your parenting. Activities include: meditations, group process work, working with the elemental qualities and more. Benefits include: awarenss of your deep seated patterns and how then might be affecting your children, How to communicate more effectively, a more fulfilling connection with your child, becoming the parent you want to be.
